United We Gain III

The getting together of a few medium sized LPOs would ensure the pooling of a good deal of veteran and experienced management personnel. They would all have quite a number of years of experience in the legal and management field under their belt.

The sharing of ideas and knowledge and best practices amongst the member-companies of the consortium shall become a regular feature. This will enable all member-companies to maintain a higher level of corporate practice and thus be counted as LPOs which can be relied upon.

There could be sharing of employees amongst the member-companies if the need so arises. The employees of one member-company who are adept in multitasking in more than one LPO vertical could very well lend their helping hands to another member-company if their schedule permits.

Employees of one member- company could be upgraded to doing high-end work in another member-company if the concerned employee has displayed such knack, skill and efficiency. Similarly any employee doing a higher end work in a member-company of the consortium but inefficiently can be relocated to another member-company conducting less complicated work. This would save the employee from losing his job on grounds of being misfit for a more complex process.
